If you have a problem that has not been resolved by our technical support, you can return the product to us. The first step is to fill in the Return form. This form must be completed in every part and we will reply via e-mail within 3 working days with instructions. Products must be returned in their original packaging. We do not reimburse products damaged due to insufficient packaging. Please use a protective outer box to prevent damage in transit. Returns must first be approved.
